Hamilton Tire and Car Care Center

They keep me coming back. Finding a reliable mechanic and/or car care shop is not only challenging but stressful. Trusting people to service cars has become scammish in this crazy world. Not with Hamilton Tire and Car Care Center. Years ago, I was so thrilled to find this shop located near my small owned business and proud to be a returning customer time and time again. Their prices (both labor and parts) are competitively affordable, they work quickly, professionally, and the customer service is exceptional. I would recommend Mike and his crew to anyone in the Baltimore area- honesty and integrity are Top Tier.

I went to Hamilton because I had to repeatedly put air in one tire (no tread too, I was told). The other tires were recommended to be replaced as well. That I was not expecting. The four new tires were considered as having a life time warranty. I hope that I will not be in a situation where I am on the road and must have emergency treatment for any of the tires and Hamilton is not available. Thank you for the shop's immediate service. The day's trip after, during that day, was indeed comfortable, & I felt safer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a nail in my tire and stopped by Hamilton Tire and Car Care Center. The team quickly found the issue, removed the nail and patched the tire. The whole process was smooth, professional, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Great service, friendly staff, and I really appreciated how efficiently they got me back on the road. Highly recommend! 10/10!

I had a great experience from start to finish. Keys was friendly, helpful, and really listened to what I wanted. He helped me choose the perfect tires, and the service was quick and efficient. I accidentally brought the wrong size lug nuts, but Keys got me the correct replacements with no hassle. Everything went smoothly, and I love my new tires. Highly recommend!

Good honest down-to-earth people who care about you and your car and have the experience and knowledge to make the repair (new brakes, front axle, tune-up, steering rack). I drive a beloved 30 year old Japanese import and always worry about it. My brakes froze and were overheating (along with other existing problems) so this was an emergency visit and first visit. Hamilton did what they promised and according to the estimate. Easy to talk to, keep you informed and make you feel welcome. Thank you Keys, Mike, Chuck, Paul, Jay and everyone! Stay safe and healthy. MH 3/25/26
